Seruyange Joseph

I'm a full-stack and mobile engineer based in Kampala, with three years of production experience across Go, Spring Boot, Flutter, React, and PostgreSQL. I'm particularly interested in systems that have to work under real constraints — unreliable connectivity, low-end devices, infrastructure that isn't always there — because that's the environment most of the world's users actually live in, even if most software is built assuming otherwise.

I recently served as CTO & Head of Software Engineering at Zaantu Technologies, where I set engineering strategy, KPIs, and process for a small team while still writing code week to week. I'm now finishing a BSc in Information Systems at Kyambogo University and available for new opportunities. I've also worked directly with international clients, including a Japan-based QA engagement and a cross-border job-portal partnership.
